About The Surin Phuket The Surin Phuket offers a sophisticated Thai experience, providing guests with individual cottages and suites with unmatched tranquillity positioned next to the beach. The Surin, formerly known as The Chedi, is nestled away from the crowds on a pristine stretch of shoreline overlooking Pansea Beach on the west coast of Phuket Island, Thailand. Paris-based Ed Tuttle, who originally designed The Surin, also returned to rejuvenate this celebrated resort. The charm of beachside serenity remains the same, but all of the guest cottages and the resort’s restaurants and facilities have now been upgraded. Ed’s concept is a fresh take on beach cottages that beautifully combines local materials and Thai designs with modern functionality. This resort also provides a picture-perfect tropical setting for exotic weddings, surrounded by the azure waters of the Andaman Sea and sheltered under a canopy of coconut palms. Note 1: To have a wedding at The Surin Phuket, a minimum accommodation based on the number of room nights is required at 20% of the wedding group capacity or a minimum of 8 room nights for weddings with less than 40 participants. Note 2: The hotel doesn’t organise weddings between 16 December and 10 January.

Exchange vows under a beautiful wedding canopy, surrounded by fragrant bouquets of flowers with views of the Andaman Sea that get even more spectacular as the sun sets. The Lawn Located between the beach and tropical gardens, you will find The Lawn. Here, guests are seated facing the ocean, allowing them to watch your ceremony against a background of white sand and turquoise water. There is also ample space for a marquee. Max. 120 guests Beach Water (Ocean/River), Beach, Sunset Ground/Sea-level Outdoor (Uncovered) Maximum capacity is subject to beach conditions. Max. 100 guests Garden Water (Ocean/River), Garden/Forest Ground/Sea-level Outdoor (Uncovered) A venue rental fee applies only when no wedding package is used or for events with fewer than 40 guests. Reception Locations The Lawn Located between the beach and tropical gardens, you will find The Lawn. Here, guests are seated facing the ocean, allowing them to watch your ceremony against a background of white sand and turquoise water. There is also ample space for a marquee. The Beach Restaurant Located on the beach, this wedding location is recommended for your dinner reception. The Beach Restaurant can cater to a maximum of 100 people, where you can enjoy the stunning sunset views with the sea only a few steps away.
