About Andara Resort and Villas Set on a gentle hill where the “Millionaires Mile” begins, Andara Resort and Villas is where you will find one of Phuket’s most luxurious and grand private villas. The generous use of earthy woods creates a seamless marriage between the indoor and outdoor living areas, allowing the resort to blend in perfectly with its natural surroundings. Bearing the marks of both traditional and modern Thai architecture, Andara will fascinate you from the moment you step into the majestic lobby through to taking in the splendour of your secluded two-storey private villa. This only ends when you have to regretfully cast your eyes away from the breathtaking panoramic ocean view and slip out of your infinity pool, to prepare for check out. Ceremony Locations Resort Pool One of the finest resort pools we’ve seen so far, Andara’s main pool is a sight to behold. Immediately when you walk out, you will be in awe of the panoramic ocean views and towering palm trees, lined up perfectly in parallel along the sides of the pool. This creates a very special feeling, especially when taking your vows on the floating stage on the pool. Here the pool feels like a runway leading straight to the sky and into happiness. Practically, this area is also ideal for large groups and can comfortably accommodate 100 guests, giving your guests ample space to mingle. Private Villa Andara’s private villas are our favourite and the grandest in Phuket in both size and luxury. With a selection of villas ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms, the villas can cater for groups of almost any size. Each of these are wonderfully appointed with everything you expect from a luxurious self-contained room. The largest 6 bedroom villa is more than 2000 square metres in size, and gives you the option of having your wedding in the private garden or on a floating stage on the infinity pool. And as all these private villas are built high up in the cliff-side, it almost goes without saying that the incredible views need to be seen to be believed. With the wonderfully romantic main pool, tall palms and ocean in the background, your guests will find beauty both inside and outside the restaurant. As an added bonus, Andara’s wedding team also allow you to use the Main Pool for fireworks, ensuring you celebrate in style! Resort Pool The breathtaking views of the main pool by day are replaced by a romantic and refined ambience each evening. The soft lighting is complimented by the floating candlelight on the pool creating privacy and intimacy, whilst still providing ample light to feast and mingle. A positively unique experience. Private Villa The charm of the villas and spectacular view from being high up on the mountains are highlighted in the evening. The astounding views create an unmistakable feeling that you and your guests are on top of the world. Even the distant lights of the restaurants and stores along the beach in Kamala Bay are visible from the villas. Sip cocktails with your guests in your pool, or dance the night away under a pavilion in complete privacy. And with the bonus of a personal chef to whip up your favourite dishes for your closest friends and family, the challenge will be getting them all to go home!
