About SALA Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort SALA Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort and Spa is a stunning deluxe pool villa resort, located on pristine Mai Khao Beach on Phuket’s northwest shoreline. Combining rare historical Sino-Portuguese architecture (indigenous to Phuket, Thailand) with modern, deluxe facilities and amenities. SALA Phuket provides the perfect setting and attention to detail for your special occasion. A variety of exotic locations for your ceremony are available, from white powdery sandy beaches, lush green lawn expanses or an intimate sunset rooftop vantage. Whilst our personal, intuitive service ensures your special occasion receives the attention it deserves. Dining and celebration options can be tailored to suit your personal requirements, with direct attention from our management team to ensure the best of counsel at all times. Note 1: Please note that construction will take place from April 2026 as part of an expansion project, which includes the addition of more villas and a new restaurant. During this period, space and services will be limited. Additionally, Phase 2 of the renovation is scheduled from April 2027 to December 2028. Please note that construction will primarily occur during the daytime, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. While we are making every effort to minimise any disruption, there may be some noise and activity, particularly in the beachfront area, which could affect the wedding space. Although we are committed to reducing any inconvenience, we can not guarantee that it will not impact your guests. Note 2: Regarding minimum room nights, kindly note that a minimum required for every 10 guests with 2 rooms/villas, with 2 nights (50 people for 10 rooms for 2 nights or 20 room nights) for accommodation booking over the requested period. The special room rate will be provided based on the wedding day. What we love: The beach is a gem truly hidden away from the crowds and sun lounges. It is our favourite beach in Phuket! Picture perfect sunset falls right in the middle of the beach. Close to the airport without being affected by noise. Good mix of high-end hotels in the area. From the Renaissance, JW Marriot to more exotic hotels like Anantara, there is sure to be a place to suit the style and budgets of your guests. Flat terrain, perfect for bride in heels and senior guests. Things you should know: Minimum room nights is required as followed: 2 rooms/villas required for 2 nights per 10 guests. Being part of the national park and close to the airport, fireworks and lanterns are not allowed. SALA Phuket does not encourage attractions and services which promote the unethical treatment of animals. As such, we do not allow elephants and other animals within the resort. Special group rates: 15% off accommodation rate when booking minimum 10 rooms. Black out dates: Easter, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year and National Day.

Located moments walk from the villas and the reception location, this spot is ideal for both small and medium-sized wedding parties. The Grove Garden The garden is a large open-space ceremony option, surrounded by the sound of swishing tall green trees. Providing refuge from the glare of the setting sun, it still creates a picture perfect contrast of shadow and sunrays breaking through the trees. The garden is a beautiful venue, and is ideal for brides looking for a garden wedding with a view of the beach and sunset. Beachfront Perched atop the sand dunes, overlooking the Andaman Ocean, with SALA’s iconic “fishing boat” backdrop, the beachfront location provides the perfect sunset ceremony setting. Max. Reception Locations The Grove Garden The garden is a large open-space ceremony option, surrounded by the sound of swishing tall green trees. Providing refuge from the glare of the setting sun, it still creates a picture perfect contrast of shadow and sunrays breaking through the trees. The garden is a beautiful venue, and is ideal for brides looking for a garden wedding with a view of the beach and sunset. The Glass House This climate-controlled venue is intimate and cosy which is great to help all your guests to get to know each other. In fact, this concept of having a laid-back, intimate environment between guests is something that SALA openly promotes. This is the key reason why their dishes are designed to be shared, family style. As Jan the Executive Chef explained, “it’s a party and people should eat together, share the meal and get to know each other” – and as a result, SALA does not prepare individual set menus. The Fun Pool This beachfront swimming pool provides a location with a difference for your next celebration. The multi-tiered deck, bubbling water jets and charging fountains provide a dynamic backdrop for cocktail parties, private dinners or perhaps a private showing with a ‘dive-in’, starlight cinema.
