About Miskawaan Luxury Beachfront Villas Miskawaan Luxury Beachfront Villas is an exclusive collection of 11 gorgeous villas located on the idyllic north shore of Koh Samui. Discreetly nestled between a backdrop of lush green tropical palms and a pristine ribbon of beach gently lapped by crystal-clear tropical waters, these villas are located on the secluded Maenam beach, providing easy access to towns and shopping areas as well as great swimming all year round. The villas and facilities are perfect for private and intimate experience whilst taking advantage of the wide views of sand, sea and sky. Each villa has its own private swimming pool and a private team to ensure your every need is catered for during your stay. Ceremony Locations

Ceremony Locations Villa Lotus Villa Lotus is an impressive 6-bedroom villa comprising of three pavilions surrounding an L-shaped pool and guarded by delightful elephant statues. The left-hand pavilion houses a fully-fitted kitchen and a spacious additional outdoor dining area and comfortable lounge. The beach frontage here is also an enviable 39 metres, more than any of the other villas in the Miskawaan collection. At the villa’s rear, the 2-storey pavilion is home to a games room and twin-bed en-suite bedroom on the ground floor, and on the first floor a double bedroom opening onto its own balcony. Next door are three further twin bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The villa’s huge master suite features a Jacuzzi and private office, and occupies the entire third pavilion which runs adjacent to the villa’s stunning pool. Miskawaan Residences The Miskawaan Residences are two adjacent seven-bedroom villas, the newest to join the Miskawaan collection and our favourite for wedding celebrations. These villas, also individually known as Villa Sila and Villa Wayu, are both similarly designed and feature double timber doors, an enchanting lotus pond and elegant Thai-inspired artwork to greet you and your guests on arrival. Seven spacious en-suite double and twin rooms stretch out in front of you surrounded by landscaped gardens, patio areas and a luxuriant lawn. Large windows and sliding doors feature throughout to allow plenty of natural light during the day. Wedding location wise, you have much to choose from. Start off by having you ceremony on the golden sands of Maenam beach with panoramic ocean views. Then begin sipping cocktails with your guests on the terrace area in front of the pool. And finally, finish it all off with a private dinner celebration and entertainment on the green lawn or dining room. A truly remarkable experience!
